I felt I had over-reached on choosing this Sabine book and selected another book, that essentially goes over the same topics. It is a little older but I will try and update the information for the presentation. I still recommend Sabine's book and in case you are still interested in Sabine's views and feel like I cheated you out of some hard intellectual work check out her YouTubes Like this one:
